It’s definitely feeling like full on winter in the Boston area! Last weekend we ventured out to Wachusett Mountain to spend the day on the ski slopes. Our first day was cold, but that definitely didn’t keep away the Boston area serious skiers and snowboarders. The temperature was negative 10 when the lifts started running and 2 degrees when we were setting up our booth at the base of the mountain. It was AWESOME to see the skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts out there even with frigid temperatures. I admired the pure love and passion for their sport! We stayed warm and toasty bundled up looking like LÄRABAR defensive lineman! Plus we were so happy to be there to share LÄRABAR minis, and that positive energy and enthusiasm will always keep you going! Many people were thankful for the extra energy boost from all natural fruit and nuts! When it’s that cold out, our bodies work much harder just to stay warm. We will be out at Wachusett Mountain again in February, so come out and join us!

Over 80,000 people filled the Washington Convention Center this past weekend, to participate in the NBC Health & Fitness Expo. One of the largest events of its kind, this two day showcase featured hundreds of exhibits, all with an emphasis on the importance of leading an active, healthy lifestyle.
