Junghwa, A Great Fan: In Her Own Words
Monday August 02, 09:35am, fan of the day
My name is Junghwa and I am currently a senior at UCLA.
I have always been interested and fascinated by healthy living and fitness. I am a yogi who also loves to walk and run outside. Someday, I want to become a certified yoga instructor and elementary school teacher. I love kids and seeing them smile.
Teaching and seeing them grow up is very inspiring! I also love music and have been playing violin and piano. Being active keeps me sane and happy. Of course, in order to be active, I need good fuel! That is why I love LARABARS. They are made up of natural ingredients of fruits and nuts! My favorite is definitely Apple Pie since apple is my favorite fruit.
I am so excited that there are new flavors, which I cannot wait to try! I hope Larabars come up with grapefruit-flavor too (since it's my second favorite fruit!). Thank you, LARABARr, for wholesome fuel for everyone! :)

Eating to Run: The Difference A Day Makes
Thursday July 29, 10:30pm, fan of the day

Let us praise Emily, author of "Eating to Run: The Difference A Day Makes," an informative and entertaining blog with a lot of excellent content. And Emily also has some many kind words for Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, a flavor I love and guard with great care. Emily's comments (see below) are definitely fun. Become a fan of her blog at: eatingtorun.blogspot.com/2010/07/difference-day-makes.html
Snack was momentous – and something I was looking forward to all day. Em was kind enough to give me some of her new flavors of LARABAR. This was SO good. Thanks so much, Em! Yum.

On the Journey to Wellness with Lisa Engles
Friday July 23, 10:29am, fan of the day
The journey to wellness is a personal quest, something we all strive to achieve. The trip itself is a lifelong experience, a process where triumphs and setbacks are inevitable because we ourselves are human; we succeed, we falter, but we never forsake the ultimate goal: improved health. If we can meet inspiring people along the way - leaders who motivate us to keep going, to achieve our individual aspirations - then the journey is all the more memorable.
One such person who encourages millions to begin this journey is Lisa Engles, a fitness consultant and empowerment coach. Lisa is also the host of InnerState Coaching, a weekly radio show that educates listeners about stress reduction, nutrition, holistic care and the union between physical health and mental well being. More importantly, Lisa upholds the principles she endorses, starting with sound nutrition. Hence her support for LARABAR.
Lisa enjoys the taste and excellent ingredients responsible for each flavor LARABAR develops. And, when someone of this caliber gives LARABAR her approval, the gratitude (on our part) is heartfelt. Indeed, I never cease to be amazed at the stories people offer - and these testimonials come from individuals of all ages and interests throughout the United States (and Canada and Australia, too) - in support of the ideals LARABAR seeks to accomplish.
Now it's my turn to thank all of the fans who write these unsolicited notes, and to thank Lisa in particular. She's a dedicated and genuine leader who wants to help all of us. I salute her success.
