I'm 23 and have been a vegan for the happiest 7 years of my life.  Currently, I'm a senior in college, majoring in Spanish.  In my free time, I enjoy running, scrapbooking, updating my blog (http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/), and eating as many Jocalat bars as I can get my chocolate-covered hands on!
