Berry Coconut Bowl

This acai bowl is packed with berries and kissed by coconut. With LÄRABAR Renola Berry on top, it offers the refreshing taste of berries alongside the crisp crunch of flavorful granola.


Ingredients

for acai bowl
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blackberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 3.5-ounce frozen unsweetened acai packet

for toppings
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blackberries
1 1.18-ounce packet LÄRABAR Renola Berry


Directions

Place coconut milk, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and shredded coconut in high-speed blender. Run the acai packet under warm water for five seconds, cut it open and drop the frozen mixture inside. Blend on high speed until well combined. Pour into bowl and top with raspberries, blackberries and LÄRABAR Renola Berry.
