A new way to enjoy your favorite seasonal LÄRABAR! Packed with the nutrition punch of pumpkin, this smoothie tastes like pie in a glass. 

Makes 2 servings


Ingredients

1 Pumpkin Pie LÄRABAR
½ cup pumpkin puree
1 frozen banana
1 cup soymilk (or other milk of choice)
½ cup plain Greek yogurt (optional)
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. ginger
¼ tsp. nutmeg
¼ tsp. allspice
5 ice cubes


Instructions

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
