Peanut Butter Cookie Chocolate Pops
This may not come as a surprise, but one of our favorite things to do with Peanut Butter Cookie LÄRABAR bars is dip them in chocolate. And just like any other appetizer, they look great when served on a stick! These can be served as an appetizer or a dessert – all you have to do is mold your bars into small balls, melt your favorite type of chocolate, and dip. Then add on whatever garnishes you choose. Lollipop sticks should be available at your local craft store.
Ingredients
5 Peanut Butter Cookie LÄRABAR bars
2 cups dark chocolate
3 tbsp. caramel
20 lollipop sticks
1 cup uncooked rice, for serving
Yields
15-20 sticks
Directions
Prepare a few tumbler glasses with dry rice to place the sticks after they are dipped in chocolate.
