Tropical Acai Bowl

Escape to tropical tastes with this acai bowl that combines coconut, pineapple, mango and banana with the nutritionally potent acai berry. Cocoa Coconut LÄRABAR Renola is the perfect finishing touch!


for acai bowl
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 cup chopped pineapple
1/2 cup chopped mango
1/2 frozen banana
1 3.5-ounce frozen unsweetened acai packet

for toppings
1/2 cup chopped mangoes
1 kiwi, sliced
1/2 cup chopped pineapple
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
1 1.18-ounce packet Cocoa Coconut LÄRABAR Renola


1. Place coconut milk, pineapple, mango and banana in high-speed blender.

2. Run the acai packet under warm water for five seconds, cut it open and drop the frozen mixture inside.

3. Blend on high speed until well combined.

4. Pour into bowl and top with chopped mango, sliced kiwi, shredded coconut and Cocoa Coconut LÄRABAR Renola.
